The core areas of sports facilities construction range from outdoor facilities, sports halls, swimming pools and ice sports centres to sport-specific facilities. The unit also lobbies for exercise-friendly residential environments and is involved in developing municipal and cantonal sports facility concepts. It makes this knowledge available to others through its publications, advisory services and educational activities. In addition, the unit provides support for FOSPO's own building projects.
