Many employees were occupied with commissioning and calibrating the new laboratories at Lärchenplatz. The reform of the Bachelor degree programme took up a lot of time. Students and employees were more closely involved in processes. Ethics and diversity were incorporated into FOSPO's training and continuing education programmes, and time and attention were paid to innovation and women-specific topics. The FSISM also strengthened its international networking.
