Sports psychology

For students of psychology at Swiss universities

Programme duration: 3 months

The Sports psychology and social sciences unit is attached to the Swiss Federal Institute of Sport in Magglingen. If you are a psychology graduate of a Swiss university and are interested in sport, you can apply for a 3-month internship in sports psychology with us. The minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in psychology. This internship is in great demand, so long waiting times are the norm.

Brief outline of tasks

You will work on ongoing research projects and will undertake small subprojects autonomously where possible. You will also assist with teaching duties and will be responsible for some administrative tasks such as updating our literature database for example.
You will be the perfect fit if you are eager to learn, flexible, like working proactively and autonomously, and are motivated to work in the academic discipline of sports psychology. We welcome applications from ardent sports fans who want to develop themselves while assisting us in our everyday work.

Hospitations in individual consultations are only possible in exceptional cases. Good MS Office skills are mandatory.
Interested students should make inquiries at their own universities as to the credits that would apply to the different fields of study.
